Once purchased can items be changed

Select the items to be returned/exchanged. Fill upthe return/exchange form, select the return request option.

Request to change the address…..can it be done now?

We can assist you to get the address changed based on the status of then order.

Once the order is processed change is not possible. Please contact us to know more. Goods once shipped and dispatched by the seller cannot then have address changed midway.

Exchangeable items

Apparels and foot wear do get exchanged for color, size. Check the names of exchangeable items listed on the product page.

Have put in a request for return…..confirmation awaited

Tracking of status or return is possible from your account.Go to the order details page to check status, date of pick up and also refund policy if applicable to your order.An SMS/ email will be sent to you.
